Air Repair is an FAA Certified Repair Station, performing aircraft maintenance for over 30 years located in Maryland at Easton Airport (ESN).

Our qualified Technicians (many have been employed with Air Repair for over 20 years) are trained to perform your maintenance needs with minimal downtime for our customers. We ensure quality, professional maintenance and customer satisfaction.

DIANE BAYLISS

Administrative Assistant

Diane “Di” Bayliss has an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College.  She has been the Administrative Assistant for Air Repair, Inc. since 2000 handling scheduling, invoicing and personnel responsibilities.  Diane always looks forward to time with her husband, children, grandchildren and friends.  In her leisure time, Diane enjoys being outdoors, tending to the yard, boating, reading and loves vacationing to the Bahamas and Aruba.

ROB BAYLISS

Dom/General Manager

Rob is a United States Air Force Veteran and has been with Air Repair, Inc. since the beginning.  He was hired directly out of the Military by one of the founding owners of Air Repair prior to the start of the company in 1993.  Rob has an A&P License and an Inspection Authorization from the FAA.  Rob started as an apprentice and has held every position at the company in its 30+ years of business.  He is currently the Director of Maintenance and General Manager of the Repair Station.  Rob enjoys traveling with his wife, boating and spending time with their kids and grandkids.

TRACEY CHEEZUM

Office Manager

Tracey has over 30 years’ experience in Bookkeeping.  She has been the Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Assistant to the Chief Inspector for Air Repair, Inc. since 2002.  Tracey received her Certification in Bookkeeping in 2001 from Education Direct Center for Degree Studies in Scranton, PA.  Tracey handles Accounts Payables/Receivables, organizing and updating aircraft inspections, tracking flight logs, and maintenance records.  In her free time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family.

TINA CHERRY

Parts Department

Tina was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest (Portland, Oregon).  She was a USPS postal carrier for 7 years and was ready for a change; she moved to the East Coast in 2022.  Tina works in the Parts Department and has been at Air Repair since 2023.   She enjoys jogging, spending time with her adult children, and her dog “Brody”.

LEIFUR HELGASON

Shop Foreman/Inspector

Leifur is the Shop Foreman and has been employed at Air Repair, Inc. since 1997.  He has an A&P License.  Leifur was born in Iceland and frequently returns for visits to his home country.  He enjoys time spent with his wife, children, family and friends.  Leifur likes hunting, boating, fishing and 4-wheeling.

MIKE LAWSON

Chief Inspector

Mike is the Chief Inspector for Air Repair, Inc. and first worked at the company in 2014.  He is a 1983 graduate of the Spartan School of Aeronautics with his A&P certification.  Prior to returning to Maryland and Air Repair in 2022, he spent the past 15 years at other repair stations across the country.  He is instrumental in the relationship with the FAA and DOD.  In his off time, Mike enjoys boating and fishing with his wife, Lisa.

GABE ROTH

Tech

Gabe is a Marine Corps Veteran with 5 years of working F-18 Fighter Jets.  Gabe is an Aircraft Mechanic and has been with Air Repair, Inc. since 2021.  His goal is to obtain his A&P License and eventually obtain his I.A. License.   Gabe is the Junior Vice Commander at his local VFW and Vice President of the VFW Riders Group.  Gabe is a husband and father of 2 boys; he loves fishing, hunting, and golfing.

DAVID SIMMONS

Tech/Inspector

Dave is an Aircraft Mechanic with an A&P License and has been with Air Repair, Inc. since 2022.    He is influential in taking on the lead of the Jetstream inspections/maintenance as well as other Turbine/Piston maintenance.  In his spare time, Dave enjoys fixing up/painting his various vehicles and boats, and enjoys time spent with his family.

JENN SMITH

Tech

Jenn is a proud Veteran of the US Navy, where she served as an Aircraft Mechanic on F-18’s.  After the military, Jenn worked in Patuxent River for several years on F-18’s. Jenn has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics, A&P License, and an Inpection Authorization from the FAA.  In 2021, Jenn fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving to the Eastern Shore where she was fortunate enough to find Air Repair, Inc. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, relaxing with her dog, and caring for her thoroughbred.

NATE STANCLIFF

Tech

Nate was born and raised in England, moved to the U.S. in 2000.  He is an Apprentice Technician and has been employed with Air Repair, Inc. since 2016.  His goal is to obtain his A&P License.  Nate enjoys spending time with his family, friends and his dog “Luca”.  He likes the outdoors, camping, blacksmithing, and metal fabrication.

MIKE WALBET

Tech

Mike is an Aircraft Technician and has been employed with Air Repair, Inc. since 1996.  Mike completed his apprenticeship for his A&P License in his early years at Air Repair.  He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  He also enjoys many activities like hunting, crabbing, fishing, hiking, camping, snow skiing and many other sporting activities.  Mike is pro God, pro family, pro-life and pro aviation.

MICHAEL WEBSTER

Tech/Inspector

Mike is a seasoned Aviation Technician with 49 years of experience; starting his aviation career and proud to have served in the United States Coast Guard as an Aviation Electrician.  Mike has an A&P License and an Inspection Authorization from the FAA.  He has been with Air Repair, Inc. since 2000 and has performed many tasks involving electrical troubleshooting, repair, and has led many aircraft inspections.  He enjoys spending time with family, wife, kids and grandkids.  He likes vacationing, fishing, and the beach in his spare time.  Mike puts his faith and trust in God who has brought him this far.

STEVE WILLEY

Tech/Inspector

Steve has over 40 years’ experience as an Aircraft Mechanic with an A&P License; 30 years as an inspector for a repair station.  He has been with Air Repair, Inc. since 1997 performing troubleshooting on aircraft systems, repair, and has extensive sheet metal experience.  Steve said someone once told him “Find something you enjoy and you will never work another day” and he says “it’s been a fun ride!”  Away from work, Steve enjoys time with family, flea markets and car shows finding old tools and vehicles and bringing them back to repair.

DYLAN WILSON

Tech

Dylan attended Delaware Technical Community College for Aviation Maintenance where he earned his A&P License.   He started with Air Repair, Inc. in 2020 and has the goal of obtaining his I.A. License.  Dylan enjoys hunting, boating, fishing and cheering on the Orioles and Ravens.
